Donna is the Director of Relocation and oversees the Relocation Department Staff. She works to resolve customer service issues. Donna also manages the sending broker to broker outgoing referrals throughout the Cartus broker network. She also assigns incoming broker to broker referrals to our agents. Lisa is our USAA Coordinator. She assigns agents to service our USAA customers for buying or selling a home. Lisa maintains update reports on customers and maintains our monthly reports for the relocation department. She can be reached at (937) 705-1144. |

Tammy is our Corporate Relocation Specialist. She works closely with relocation companies ensuring the best agent is selected from our relocation team, maintains all files for home finding, premarketing, and home sale. Other responsibilities include the management of vacant inventory files from beginning through closing. Tammy will ensure all monthly reports are on time, transfers of utilities are switched, conduct initial vacancy inspection, re-inspect properties during the listing and calculates the final billing.
