Are you curious what your home is worth? Looking to sell your home in the next year and want to make sure it's priced correctly? Our Home Valuator allows you to quickly learn all the details!

We start out by collecting just a little information from you so we can do the best valuation as possible. Once you're finished with that, we take it from there and forward your request on to one of 325 full-time professionals.

In the first step of the process, we compile additional information on your home from sources such as county records, the Dayton Multiple Listing Service (MLS), sometimes the Cincinnati or Miami County Multiple Listing Service, in addition to public records.

Next, we find properties similar to yours that are on the market and actively offered for sale, properties that are not for sale any longer (did not sell), and properties that have sold. We compare those homes to eachother, and compare them to yours to arrive at an estimated sale price range.

Once your Valuation is complete, you'll receive an email notification that it is complete.
